BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) government project in Lianhu District, Xi’an City, Shangxi Province. To support and enable our local partner to build and operate total of 2600 beds in 44 facilities including 5 150-bed nursing homes, 9 100-bed street block facilities, and 30 day-care service stations service over 180,000 senior residents. All the facilities will be built by remodeling existing buildings in Lianhu district since vacant land lots are scarce and expensive in the inner city area in this ancient city. LanCare joined a local investment company, and completed the planning and bidding process. The project is moving into construction phase, and LanCare still provides consulting services to bring in solutions for solving problems or enhancing service capabilities.
