Yuzhou project is to build a a large scale retirement town on 12 square KM of land in Yuzhou city, which is about 80 km southwest of Zhengzhou city, Henan Province.  Zhengzhou is the center of group of cities in the center of China, and is quickly becoming a new tier-one city in China. At the center of this village, will be a nursing home with around 10,000 beds in size. The construction of phase one project of 1500 beds is almost completed. LanCare worked with the developer from the beginning for the planning and designing of the phase one project.
