Our projects

Hoge Gouwe

On the beautiful Hoge Gouwe canal in Gouda, a residential community home has been designed for the Gemiva SVG group. 27 clients with a intellectual disability can live and recreate here independently. Although care is provided 24/7, the emphasis is on the fact that this is hardly visible from the exterior of the building.

Gooiers Erf

For Gooiers Erf, a care building owned by Inovum, Studio id + created the interior design for eight 'intermediate sections'. These intermediate sections are connecting spaces between the various building sections, which provided space for lifts and (emergency) staircases, but were otherwise not used. Filling in the intermediate sections meant an increase in living space and enjoyment for all residents, without an actual increase in square metres.

Henan Yuzhou Project

Yuzhou project is to build a a large scale retirement town on 12 square KM of land. At the center of this village, will be a nursing home with around 10,000 beds in size. The construction of phase one project of 1500 beds is almost completed.
